The way Barr phrased his statement, you can bet the trump wackos are going to say, "Hey, he said the FBI had found no evidence for massive voter fraud. But we true believers know that the FBI is part of the deep state conspiracy against our beloved whiner, so he was just saying that they were not doing their job and finding fraud.

Gopher Barf has come lately to the realization that his job might be coming to an end. He has named a special counselor to head the Russian Investigation. This gives him a better chance of securing his position into the start of the Biden administration. If Biden removes him, unsophisticated Americans might think Biden was responsible for starting the investigation.

This is, of course, just a metaphor. In real life, Bill Barr doesn’t have friends.
