Of course Sam ate the cookies. He knows it’s not safe to upset Sedine.

At least she didn’t mix up the powdered sugar and the flour. True story.

Someone sure must like salt to keep such large quantities of it around. ✨❤️✨

Wow, Sam really does have a heart of gold, and now a stomach like a salt mine.

Cookies for breakfast, how Italian, maybe for lunch Sedine can make him a pizza where she confuses strawberry jam for tomato sauce! XD

Sedine should’ve made him a sweet omelette, that way even if she mixed up the salt and sugar it wouldn’t really taste bad, it’s the one dish that’s Sedine-proof.

Don’t cookies usually call for brown sugar?

When you have a sweet wife who wants to do things for you that she does not like.

Maybe Sam should buy counter canisters which are more clearly labeled.

My wife couldn’t cook well when I first married her. She could do steaks and potatoes and that was about it. We cooked together for years and now she is great at everything trying recipes from all over the world and making them perfectly. Now she is teaching me!

When I was in Basic my GF would mail me cakes she baked. Terrible, but the rest of the barrack loved them

When my mother was a mew bride, she made a pecan pie that called for 3/4 cup of sugar. She read it as ‘3 or 4 cups of sugar’ The pie never set even though she cooked for 2 hours! Dad told her it was great on ice cream.

Bet if she was only wearing the apron he would have asked her to go back and make some more.

There was an episode of I dream of Jeannie where her sister seduced Roger (Tony’s more dimwitted partner astronaut) In that episode she fed him shredded cardboard for breakfast, and he sat there, starring at her and spooning it in his pie hole. Jeannie (Barbara Eden with dark or blonde hair) could do that to you. Sedine can do that to Sam. Of course shredded cardboard isn’t going to skyrocket your blood pressure, cause all your capillaries to burst and your eyes to turn fire engine red.

I read the recipes on allrecipes.com every day. The comments are the best. Often start out “I followed the recipe exactly…except for the following additions.” And the recipe is totally different. Pet peeve.

Didn’t Loretta Lynn do the same thing in Coal miner’s daughter? I remember Tom Lee Jones’ character still eating that pie. That is love!!!

We use all-natural, unbleached sugar in our house. Never possible to mistake it as salt.
