LOL, every death belongs to Trump. That is his legacy, now and in the future. Trump was the one who could have prevented it from the start and SPECIFICALLY ignored it, downplayed it and criticized legitimate efforts to fight it. Trump’s actions, when it mattered, were criminal. He should be turned over to the World Court for crimes against humanity.

Early in the virus, New York was hit hard because of the density of the population. Later in the virus, the mid-west and south were hit hard because of the density of the population.

Trump couldn’t make money off of stopping the pandemic so… why bother trying to stop it. Loeffler and Purdue had stocks to manipulate. Trump’s so broke he probably doesn’t have any money located there. No clothes. No brain. Nothing but a complete loser. Always has been. Always will be. His kids have followed, are following, and will follow in their daddy’s failing footsteps.

Insanely vicious Trump the murderous liar who actually knew better in February gets the Death Award for Covid Spreading and ignoring all expert advice and ruining the American holidays.

The right winger who politicized masks and killed tens of thousands of Americans should be drawn and quartered.

Nailing Cuomo for mistakes early in the progression of the virus before we had much knowledge of how it spread, what damage it did, and how to treat it is clearly the RW Meme of the Week. Sooo original (not).

Actually, considering he was also responsible for NYC, where two-thirds of his Covid deaths were, Cuomo did a good job. He limited Covid spread, so his cases per capita are much lower than places like Florida, Texas, and Georgia, not to mention some midwestern states which are being hit even harder. However, the case fatality ratio was much higher for NY. Maybe it was because Trump decided to abandon the states and make them compete for their own supplies when NY was seeing its surge. Remember that?

Something that many seem to studiously ignore is that NYC is a major port of entry and has many people coming from other countries and passing through.

That award belongs to the great prevaricator. His denials, delays, and dismissals of international cooperation amongst those who knew best has a toll that reaches ‘round the globe and ought earn him a trip to The Hague.

Currently, the daily new case rate us 28 per 100,000 in New York State, and 122 per 100,000 in South Dakota. While totals are high in states with large populations, the highest infection rates are mostly in red states.

I’m not very interested in the absolute count. What matters is the percentage. Of course THAT wouldn’t make Ramirez’s case, though.

A lot of the NYC deaths can be attributed to Trump’s sort of China ban, which just diverted direct flights from China to NY through mostly Europe.

So, it’s Cuomo’s fault that New York City is such a heavily populated area? It must also be Cuomo’s fault that Trump didn’t ban travel from Europe until way too late, and it’s Cuomo’s fault that Trump and Jared decided that the virus was a blue state problem. I guess Cuomo should be locked up because Trump promised him PPE, but never delivered.

By the way, the biggest reason that other states had lower fatality rates is because the doctors in New York shared what they learned about treating the disease.

I gotta tell you Ramirez, you truly are a pig.
