Hooray! The SCOTUS no longer represents the majority of Americans! Hooray! The SCOTUS is no longer a respectable, functioning judicial body!

Down with justice! Up with partisan gamesmanship!

It is so far right, it should be flipped over.

Wow! That’s some tilt to… starboard.

How many moral compasses does it take to keep the ship from listing starboard until it sinks? Are there enough life boats?

Why do people consider it tilting to the right when you adhere to the Constitution?

Repubs are busy condemning the Dems for supposedly wanting to pack the court with liberals. And this, after they’ve already packed the court with conservatives. The only way the Dems could pack is to increase the number of the sitting justices to 13 by adding 4 liberals, the number Repubs are suggesting. This would give us a slightly liberal court of 7-6. But, that’s a giant leap of reasoning on the Repub part. Most Dems recognize that once a judge takes their seat on SCOTUS they might very likely flip when it comes to their rulings. Even though Barrett might well be the most conservative justice to sit on the high court, I can remember others that were thought to be super conservative that flipped from time to time. And I know liberals that did the same.

Should Biden ascend to the WH, his only plan seems to be to look into the voting process in the Senate to make it less about who’s in charge and more about some other more pertinent criteria. A bipartisan commission would look into this matter.

It’s going to be just like Poland; an extremist un-representative group making decisions for us based on their own reading of irrelevant dogma.

Mrs. Barrett could help cause the chaos and havoc to increase.

Just one thing. When a ship turns to starboard (to the right), it will actually heel (lean) to the left during the course change.

Time to rearrange the deck chairs on the Republican Titanic.

The same republicans who threatened young Greta because she wants to save the world, and old man Fauci because he is trying to save the USA are voting for religious nut Amy in hopes she will take away health care and abortion from the American people to save the orange dictator.

John Roberts has become suddenly irrelevant.

The ship will be righted after we pack ballast in on the left side.

The religious right of the republican party has sold their souls to the devil and they don’t seem to see the contradiction. As an independent in theory I might vote for candidates from either party. However, even if hell freezes over I will never vote for a republican at any level ever again.

If you really hate abortion, you could give a small donation to a home for unwed mothers. I do that once in a while. Charity can accomplish what laws cannot. It is better to light a single candle than to curse the darkness.

I’m also voting for Biden.
