A “good sore” is much more mild and you know it will be gone after a hot bath. :D

We have a person out on vacation, pushed hard night before last and came home good sore

Glad I’m off tonight, the next 3 nights until my next night off should be fun

The second day is always the worst.

Woke up to a leg cramp this morning – not a good sore. Always my left calf muscle. More potassium, less water.

If I hurt myself getting dressed, I’m good ‘n’ sore!

My good sore is any day I don’t dislocate or sublux a joint.

A bad sore is when I pinched a nerve under my coccyx.

Good soar is flying; all other sore is bad-sore.
