It’s true: Dining, inside, among strangers is feasible (but not something I’ll be doing) ONLY IF you have immediate access to testing and very quick contact tracing. And even at that: You’re risking your life and health for a momentary pleasure. This is nobody’s fault as far as I can see, though the difficulty or absence of good testing can and should be laid at the altar of #3’s ego.
