Liars and hypocrites they are, and their constituents continue to vote for them. What matters now is Constitutional Law, and it says Trump gets to nominate, and the Senate gets to advise, and consent. Send all the letters you want, they make good landfill.

The ultimate insult will be the ruling by the 6 conservative judges that the Congress can’t expand the court.

George Will had an interesting thought this morning in his column. The Dems can’t do much to stop Trump’s appointment but if Biden wins and the Dems gain control of the Senate, which are both possible, they could change the number of justices to say 13. Then they could add 4 young liberal justices to offset the conservatives. Nothing in the Constitution says the court must have 9 justices.

It was wrong for the Senate to not proceed with the process after the president nominated a justice for SCOTUS in 2016. It would be wrong to do it this time, too.

Allowing the House and Senate to make their own rules was a serious flaw and should not be allowed if such irresponsible people are being allowed by the political parties who put their minority [about 30% of electorate] “ideology” ABOVE America’s best interests.

Hopefully every woman in the USA will vote against republicans.

GOP logic: whatever is good for them in th moment is “good for the country”, and who cares whatever they said or promised before. Trumper logic: anything is great as long as it punishes imagined foes, even if those foes are their own countrymen.

Also, repeal Obamacare. Trump’s a lethal threat to me & my family. My wife & I are asthmatic. My wife has COPD. My grandson is mixed race. Can you see why I consider Trump – & the whole GOP – a lethal threat?

I suspect that Dr. Seuss would not be asking for any apologies.
