I love chocolate mousse pie.

LOL! Actually, unless it’s a graham cracker or a cookie crust, I sometimes eat it like that too. Once my grandma even scooped out the filling and just gave me that. I had run out to play after dinner and my mom was calling and asking “Don’t you want some of this pie?” And I was saying no because I wanted to play and I gave the excuse that I didn’t like pie crust. I guess she told my grandma and she told her I didn’t have to eat the crust. And then I was out of excuses. But it was good, though.

Use lard, and don’t overwork the dough.
