She’s a keeper……

Since I was a little boy helping Mom with dishes, the first step was to get extra clothes off. Not because I’d get wet but because I’d over heat. Later, at a boy scout winter camp out, the boys decided it was my turn to do the dishes. It was about -4 (Fahrenheit) (-20C) and sunny, and I wondered how to keep the water from freezing. With hot water from the pot on the fire, that was not a problem, but my temperature started to go up, so I got rid of my over coat, then snow suit, then outer layer, then boy scout shirt, then soft layer. I still had boots and blue jeans.

The price you pay for still living with your mom.
