    I love voting by mail (Washington State). The state pays the postage; also every city has secure boxes if you would prefer to drop them off.

    The postman has the right to ‘stand his ground’ and because he fears for his life . . .and shoot the dog in many states. Speaking of rights . . . what about “States Rights” to vote by mail now instead of some States in the past for Slavery ?
