I truly enjoy puns and other wordplay, but a legitimate premise requires pointing out an actual existing scenario as the basis, not making up something that simply doesn’t exist, and then basing your joke on it. When Thaves does this, the entire comic fails.

Our lot were busy until a week or two ago. Have seen none since. Could be they have perched closer to the lakes down the street because of the heat.
