Well maybe, but there have been times I was very happy to see an “A” standing alone and very depressed to see an “F” standing alone. This usually happened in school.
Reminds me of the “Corner Gas” episode when wind blew those 2 letters off the Ruby Cafe sign. When the missing F&E were mentioned aloud folks thought only the E was stubbornly lost. :-D
I’m reading some O. Henry tight now, and you wouldn’t believe some of the letters he strings together. . .eleemosynary. . . corniform . . .fugacious. . .
There’s no E in Awful, so I don’t see how Ernest can be part it.
On the other hand, there is an E in Awesome, which has the opposite meaning of Awful (some awe is good, but when something is full of awe, it is just awful).

Actually, ‘anywhere’ is not in between ‘awful’ and ‘’wonderful’, but ‘somewhere’ is.

Just glad that’s an “E” and not a “U”.

What has four letters, sometimes 9 letters, but never has 5 letters.
