With the strip set about 1970, it would be surprising the family would still be driving a ca 13 year old car. But I like it!

I sometimes feel as if Brian Basset is jumping around in time in this strip. Anywhere from late 50’s to late 60’s.

Overall yes looks more like a 57 Chevy than anything else. The V on the trunk lid is a strong clue as well as the tapered white trim on the rear fender.

I see an anachronism. Nala is from the Lion King, unless Red and Rover used a time machine.
