Is that cannibalism? I finally ate mangoes! I bought a can of them at Safeway and ate them over cottage cheese. Very tasty and opening the can didn’t make me cuss like when I tried to peel the mango. :)

I would suggest substituting a heaping spoon of peanut powder. It is the peanut meal after the oil has been processed out. It is a high protein additive without whey or soy and cuts down on the fats content.

Hey Gang! I wanted to add a few Smoothie substitutions, flavors & additions !

    • For a thinner consistency a splash of milk (dairy or vegetarian).

    • You can also make this smoothie dairy free, add some fresh juice & ice cubes.

    • Try things like: unique fruits, nutritious seeds, oats, and I’m thinking… CHOCOLATE!

Ice cream, yeah, even fudgicles or ice cream sandwhiches. I can’t even remember the last time I had an out-and-out popsicle! (Those bomb pops early on the 4th of July, and risking our fingers—and other things—with fireworks that night………..)
