Both Mitch and Lindsey should be in the drawing as well.
Unlike the cops in Minnesota however, these crooks they’ve been doing much more damage than just covering up for one of their own. Though they have been doing plenty of that as well.
A long story arc in DC Comics (from 2001 to 2003) saw Lex Luthor elected as President of the United States. Though they were at first reluctant to undermine the electoral process, Superman and Batman finally realized the existential threat to the whole world posed by a President Luthor and brought him down.
My feeling at the time was that the story was ridiculously unbelievable, How gullible would the American voters have to be to let this happen?
Well, now I’ve seen this insanity played out in the real world. And I’ve wished more than once that Superman and Batman were here to fix this.
Speaking out.. against the establishment will more often than not.. get you labeled a trouble maker.. one passed over come promotion time.. one scorned at work and now on social media. Family and associates attacked. It’s far too easy to go with the flow… until it’s too late and we have a “situation”.. I’ll bet a box of doughnuts every one of those other 3 policemen would like to take a mulligan.
I asked a “friend” of mine (university educated, self-employed, Jewish, upper middle class NYC suburbanite) if he would object if he saw Pongo do anything “amiss”.
WTF does this monster have to say/do that would upset him and his ilk? Nothing has as of this morning, 2 June, 2020.
All dictators are traitors to the countries of which they are the dictators, for the simple reason that no people deserve to live under a dictatorship. (They pretend to be patriots, of course, but fool no intelligent people.) Even if the Helsinki Hasshole hasn’t already committed treason (spoiler alert: he has), there is NO question that he wants to be a dictator. Would he declare martial law if he could get away with it? Absolutely. Would the military follow him? A large number of people in the military despise him—do enough of them despise him? We can HOPE they do! (I can see Susan Collins now: “He will be chastened by his first three terms as dictator.”)
THE ORANGE SWAMP MUCK is trying to limit the voter turnout to negate the Democrats’ advantage if there is a large number of voters. If that can’t be done, he’s looking for an excuse to declare marshall law to maintain order in the country.
Holy – and yeah, that’s ironic – sh*t. That wackazoid pseudo-Christian Pat Robertson actually said this.
‘It seems like now is the time to say, ’I understand your pain, I want to comfort you, I think it’s time we love each other.’ But the President took a different course, he said ‘I am the President of law and order,’ and he issued a heads up. He said, ’I’m ready to send in military troops if the nation’s governors don’t act to quell the violence that has rocked American cities.’ In fact, he spoke of them as being jerks. You just don’t do that, Mr. President. It isn’t cool!" ’

Don’t forget about McConnell and the other enablers in the Senate. They are just as guilty as Trump.

Has anybody seen @Nino354 before on Gocomics.
He claims he’s “not a troll”, but his profile reads like one, and his comments are so delusional I don’t know how he can be anything but …
