Gonna be a long run of blue days. Might as well start cleaning out that attic/garage/storage unit that’s been weighing on you for years. Surprising just how much of a pickup picking up can be.

I know what day it is. I just don’t have any reason to care.

This day’s strip has the feel of one of those conversations you overhear briefly as you walk by, having missed the beginning and the resolution. Given the topic, highly appropriate.

Been retired for five years and prepared me for this very situation. Every day is Saturday.

Reading into these and other comments, the longer one has been retired, the less ‘social distancing’ affects a person’s habits. Been retired since 1997 and that is true for us. We grocery shop at two weeks instead of one, rarely think about eating out – no change there – hardly ever see neighbors on our street anyway. The only real down side is that in recent years our sons have moved within a few minutes drive after being hours apart, which made us old folks very happy. The new normal now means we cannot visit, hug, share meals, and work together. Bummer. But so long as these separations will help keep CV-19 at bay for as long as possible, we will abide.

Prayers for the afflicted, their families, and all who help in whatever way possible.

If rest days leave you feeling out of sorts, there’s something wrong with your sorts.

What I don’t understand is, Is Mrs Olsen trying to encourage Miss Plainwell to work out today?

As a disabled person with an eBay store, I always know what day it is – eBay tells me every time I make a sale or list something.

One reason why I keep the eBay store in spite of low sales lately.

Since retirement my week consists of Brunchday, Showerday, Sleepday, Showerday, Buyday, Showerday and Garbageday. Though when the pandemic wears of (knock wood) Garbageday will mutate back to Danceday. And it’s a damn good thing my calendar app works…

Rest days were always Fridays because we’d do a big early ride Saturday. Plus who wanted to wait two or three hours to start drinking on a Friday.
