Oh, really? Have you looked at the PAST THREE YEARS, Mr. Stantis? Ignoring Congressional subpoenas? Corrupting the office of the Attorney General? Shattering the Emoluments Clause and stomping on the pieces? TREASON, for God’s sake? And you’re worried about public health initiatives – which are milder than anywhere else in the world, which is why we now have the world record for deaths by COVID-19?
Scott Stantis is not worrying about Trump’s covid edicts being “shredded”. Just the opposite. He is saying that Trump’s “covid edicts” are shredding the Constitution.
https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/197/11/“The liberty secured by the Constitution of the United States does not import an absolute right in each person to be at all times, and in all circumstances, wholly freed from restraint, nor is it an element in such liberty that one person, or a minority of persons residing in any community and enjoying the benefits of its local government, should have power to dominate the majority when supported in their action by the authority of the State.
It is within the police power of a State to enact a compulsory vaccination law, and it is for the legislature, and not for the courts, to determine in the first instance whether vaccination is or is not the best mode for the prevention of smallpox and the protection of the public health."

I’m surprised that much is left after trump has used it for toilet paper for three years.

We have about 4.4% of the world’s population and about 28% of Covid 19 deaths.

[ Does this cartoon suggest that Stantis supports #45’s Kakistocracy? ]

Not to worry, Stantis. The Republican Supreme Court will soon decide if there is any part except for the 2nd article.
