We moved about the same time the virus started spreading, so we don’t know anyone here and are well occupied settling into the new house, setting up raised beds, designing the orchard, etc.
I won’t be going out in public (restaurants, theaters, beaches, sports) until these words fall out of the headlines: covid-19, corona, coronavirus, virus, death toll, infected, pandemic, Fauci (I love Fauci, but as long as he is in the news, that means it’s not safe to go out).
sunblock to avoid skin cancer, bug spray to avoid tick illnesses, don’t breath in the direction of strangers, But I still prefer being outside on a beautiful spring day.
I guess it’s just me but when I see those two just sitting there, doing nothing, I get upset for some reason. I go out of my mind just sitting on a beach. I need to be doing something, starting a project or finishing one, or something.

It’ll do it without intending to.

Paranoia is your problem it’s not somebody else’s problem. And others shouldn’t be hurt because of it. Some people could feel the same about you.

The universe has been trying to kill us since the day we were born, and will eventually succeed.
Around here they call me “Mr. Sunshine”.

my grandfather’s brother was a pilot in WW2…..when he got back after the war, his neck muscles were enormous,
from spending years swiveling his head in all directions constantly in search of enemy aircraft

Yes, it is. Just like every day, all the time.
Just because you’re paranoid doesn’t mean they aren’t out to get you!
