Does Mr. Blazek not know that Ahab dies fighting the white whale? Indeed, the only survivor of the Pequod is the nameless narrator. (His name isn’t Ishmael, he just tells us to call him that.)

True to Melville or not… I’m wondering just how much he paid for oversized baggage. Couldn’t have been “an arm and a leg” as he wouldn’t have even been able to stand around waiting for his stuff!!
