Sedine’s got the cutest fashion sense of any comic strip character that I know of. Then again Bea R. does take the time and effort to give her such outfits when most would just recycle the same clothes most of the time.

My wife and one of our daughters love their Wellies.

You can get some REALLY CUTE cowgirl style rubber rain boots with all kinds of patterns…roses, skulls, kittens…

But… but… the shoes are still getting rained on! To heighten the realism she should have put them under her coat. Or his coat. I think the shoes were just her way of getting a free piggyback ride.

Bet Sam misses that troll-creature who used to pester him and who obviously didn’t care how she looked…
