Who is so weak that they cannot tear a dollar bill without folding it.

What does it mean by 4,000 double folds? Folding, opening and then folding again 3,999 times? Or putting 4,000 folds in the bill at the same time? If it’s the latter, that would probably be impossible.

It used to take only 2,000 folds, but, well, inflation…
