As a veteran, this makes me sick.

I used to think he couldn’t get any lower, then he proved me wrong. I’ve given up believing that, but have still retained some degree of surprise at how aggressively he digs deeper into the muck and slime.

He’s taking pride in selling the lives of our armed services. Of course, so have other Republican presidents (George H. W., George W. notably for their friends the Saudis), but now there’s no pretense of a higher purpose. We’re making money – and no doubt #45 is too – and that’s enough for him.
