At first I thought that one of his thoughts was a chainsaw. But it turned out to be a potted cactus. Is this Freudian, or just odd?

Wait — didn’t we all die in global thermonuclear war before the end of the twentieth century?

They just got in the way of all those connections anyway.

The number of people who smirk with self-satisfied mockery of physics and chemistry is gut wrenching. Having to share the grave we are making with them is revolting.

I think it was Snoopy who said, “I love mankind it’s people I can’t stand.” It’s easy to love everyone in theory but in practice I find it difficult to love others than my immediate family.

The way idiot republicans enable vicious Trump, we could all be dead by tomorrow.

“Humans will be extinct in 30 years”? He’s being awfully optimistic, isn’t he?

Prophets of doom are generally full of baloney, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t “repent” and try to make the world a better place. As at least hundreds of thousands of people are doing right now. What we absolutely shouldn’t do is say “why bother?” or give our children nightmares or kill them to spare their future suffering (believers in doom have done this).

Maybe. Maybe not. ALL predictions of the future are uncertain.

Ted says this like it would be a bad thing.

Going by this comic’s bleak outlook, human extinction doesn’t seem so bad.
