“At least they don’t bite you.” Well, not unless you’re tasty. Or we’re really, really hungry.

I’ve been bitten/stung by a number of different types of insects in my life, but the time I was bitten by fire ants was the only time I actuallly felt it. The reason I was bitten was that my girlfriend’s 2 year old daughter had walked into an anthill and was screaming her head off. After being bitten myself trying to “save” her, I understand why she was crying. Those bites really hurt.

Glad to know we have some redeeming qualities, anyway.

Might bite Verne after making him into a tasty soup. We would wear RJ as a hat.

Individually-plastic-wrapped snack cakes. Also cheese slices. Humans rule.

“Iran: We may have shot down Ukrainian jet by mistake…” So often for humans it’s down to a choice between stupid and evil. Getting so it’s hard to tell the difference.

So fire ants are evil but humans are merely annoying? I … can agree with that.
