For many years, an old friend of mine was a baker for Dunkin’ Donuts. There ain’t nothin’ like a still-warm glazed chocolate twist. Don’t really care for donuts anymore, for some reason…
But you burn more calories with all that extra chewing, not to mention the extra lifting of donut to mouth. It takes longer to eat, giving your system time to register you have eaten a donut, thus not wanting a 2nd donut. I see no flaw with his reasoning.

I saw a sign today: “Boneless Donuts”. What’ll they think of next?!?
