I wonder if a certain Mouse has an alternate reality self.

Intersection of realities; antfish just backed into their own again. If that female in the biosuit takes a few steps forward she’ll trip over Wally & Duffy.

If this is Holly, Would she change form just by stepping forward? What would happen to Wally and the gang if they stepped across that line?

Not Flask. Bust is not as large, and the insignia is on the wrong side.

Now the interesting thing here is that when Chic was on the beach, the topsider could obviously see him, and grabbed him. We might assume the same for Duffy’s brother, but we don’t really know what happened then.

When Chic was grabbed, the others were a distance away from him. Perhaps far enough that they were then not visible, as was the case for those antfish just now?

Are there multiple gateways on the beach?

Inquiring minds want to know…

So, the bugs are cross-dimensional.

Wally can see them from where he is, but the Topsider has to wait until they’re in close proximity.

Chick and the rest of the group couldn’t see the Topsider, despite being close. However the Topsider saw Chick, because he was close and seems to have a navigational system of some kind.

Wally doesn’t such a device, but is still equpped with the dittos, which may be helping him in more ways than the purely physical.

In that case both Wally and the Topsider should be able to meet and communicate with each other.

Whether that’s a good thing or not we’ll have to see…

So, not an “X” but a circle marks the spot. And, if the antfish are the same two we’ve seen and, if they’re materializing in the same spot, the recorder is only visible to Wally and co.

Our author has not ruled out the return of Flask. He has put Holly out replacing her with Kirbee. This is from conversation newletters he out out to Patreons. Remember the Topsider suit is simply a survival suit provided by Apex. Holly has no interest in anything but herself. She would rather live a fantasy than live in reality. Being with Marx our beloved Flask may have learned how to reality travel. If this bubble pops…….its the end of everything.

Better start buying up land now. You know how in-demand beachfront property gets when the upper classes start moving it.

This overlapping realities stuff is intriguing. I wonder if sound will carry if she’s only partially phased? That way she could express her [possibly peaceful] intentions without being in danger of Duffy pulling a knife on her again.

A pre-morning-coffee thought that just occurred to me: assuming this is the same Topsider that took Duffy’s little brother, was it a kidnapping or a rescue from a collapsing reality bubble?

So the antfish can touch this Topsider’s “dimension” (they’re leaving footprints that the TSer can see) even while the antfish cannot be seen. Then the antfish fade into view, still making footprints. Is the barrier they crossed fixed in place? Does it drift around? Is is like a moving “blob” that phases things that it rolls over in and out of dimensions; or a fixed spot that can be used for the same thing?

OOooohhhh ….it’s a LAYYYYY-dyyyyyyyy topsider! Wonder who she has her sights on?

All we need now is a paint-gun.

I think she is a brand new character with an unexpected plot twist coming.

I think they both found the “edge”. So who will be the first to cross over?

On her screen, there are two converging straight lines. One seems to represent the base of the cliff, and the other her direction of travel. The large circle is “You are here.” There is a small circle where the two lines converge. This is where our heroes are waiting for her.

Furthermore, the “You are here” is right at the intersection of 2 realities. The destination circle is precisely at the intersection of 2 other realities. The detail Aaron puts into his drawings is amazing!
