Couldn’t sing then. Can’t sing now

We learned the song “Frere Jacques” in first grade. In French. It’s the only French I know. (Not that we understood what we were singing then).

You could do rap songs, they have plenty of French in them.

I only know the French words for Jeanette Isabella and He is Born the Divine Infant. I can still sing Jingle Bells in French or English. French class was in the early 70s, it is amazing what one can remember.
