And in other states stations where an attendant will pump your gas are a thing of the past.

We should be happy that only 4% of the states are too stupid to pump their own gas.

Having only managing to endure sitting completely through 3 episodes of “Malcolm in the Middle” I am not sure forgetting having been on the show is a bad thing.

I wonder if Frankie Muniz remembers being in one of the Sharknado movies??? He got both arms and legs bitten off by sharks…

I live in Michigan where you pump your own gas and I went to visit my Sister who moved out to Pennsylvania. My sister is on the Delaware river and on the other side is New Jersey a very short distance. I had to get gas and the closest gas station was in New Jersey. I pulled up to the gas pump and notice no one around, so I got out to pump the gas. A guy comes running from the building yelling you can’t pump your own gas in New Jersey. I said “OK, I didn’t know”. What made me laugh is the guy actually ran to the gas pump to tell me that, but when he was actually pumping the gas it was like watching a turtle perform the job. At first I thought it was him getting back at me for trying to pump my own gas, but on the way back to Michigan I went to a different gas station in New Jersey and they were just as slow.

One out of three correct. I have pumped my own gas in Joisey many times with no attendant present. Muniz memory loss is questionable from what I have read.

Yet, another reason to hate NJ.

New Jersey is a JOKE.

Ok, I have enjoyed that fact when I visited NJ years ago, but what about plugging in your own EV?

In New Jersey it’s also illegal to pay extra for the “privilege” of pumping your own gas.

If I ever drive through there I’ll gas up before coming in.

As Weird Al once said, “I’m stranded at the gas station of love and have to use the self-service pump”…

I’ll bet NJ gas prices are ridiculous because of that, too.

It says something about the residents of Oregon and New Jersey that they’re not trusted to pump their own gas. :)
