I do the shopping and when I hit 5 stores I have walked over a mile. Yes, they are close enough together to make the different stops worth while for loss leaders. then she says, let’s walk and I tell her I already did. see yah!

This should’ve been a Sunday strip: more panels of Arlo’s pacing.

I calculated how far I walk when I mow the lawn. It came to just shy of three miles. Leaf raking is upon us. Then snow shoveling.

In addition, my wife and I walk to the post office to get our mail (1/2 mile each way). Sometimes we continue on to the library (another mile each way). And sometimes we’ll do 6-7 miles on the rail/trail just for fun.

We walk plenty.
