New American justice department logic: If he obstructed the investigation so completely that no crime could be found then he could not have committed obstruction because there has to be a crime that is being covered up involved, and no crime was found.

I enjoyed watching this guy face plant on his CNN interview afterwards, where he stated that there were no charges of obstruction in the Mueller report, then admitted flat out that he hadn’t even read it, THEN continued onward, screeching about what was or wasn’t in the report.
Almost as good as seeing Giuliani later deny, admit, and deny again in his Cuomo interview that they were trying to use the Ukraine to dig up dirt on Biden, all in the space of about a minute, before he went completely incoherent in a bug-eyed rage.
It’s hilarious that Trump’s bootlickers continue to bash CNN, then willingly go on there and rack up the self-owns.
Mueller so restrained, upright, excellent in WASP upper-class breeding, to the manor born, Semper Fi & good buddy of Barr that he was just too classy to take a stand for the good of the country.
