sounds like Jon needs to make another grocery run

Why wait, Garfield? You can do those things when he’s still home.

Another perfect example of copy and paste.

I guess Jon has a lot of money to be able to keep and feed that cat.

As if it wasn’t obvious enough.

So you want to be put outside every time Jon goes out

This reminds me of a scene in the movie “The Art of Racing In the Rain”. The dog, Enzo, is accidentally left home alone for a few days, and at one point, he hallucinates that the young daughter’s stuffed zebra – Enzo’s nemesis – had come to life & torn apart itself and other stuffies, to the tune of Alice Cooper’s “No More Mr. Nice Guy”. The scene is hilarious, and the whole movie is wonderful.

Well Garfield old boy, Jon could always resort to putting you in “the box” (vet cage) when he goes out on errands … not a pleasant prospect.

You’re assuming Jon can take a hint, huh, Garfield?

Is Garfield hinting that a certain someone has overstayed his welcome?

Since Garfield can’t talk, Jon can’t get any hints from him!
