The biology teacher brought out two glasses of clear liquid. and a worm. He said to the class “The glass on the right side has water in it.” Then he dropped the worm into that glass. The worm swam around for a while, then teacher pulled it out. He then said, “The glass on the left has pure gin in it.”, he then dropped the worm in that glass. Almost immediately, the worm floated, quite dead, to the top of the glass. He then said, " Can any of you tell us what this teaches us ?" One boy (It may have been a young Tad) said, " If you drink gin, you won’t get worms.".

This may surprise some of you, but as I try to adjust my diet for anti-inflammatory, alkaline, and weight-loss, I’m finding that this statement is quite true: many foods are on the “yes” list for one, but the “no” list for another.

Be patient, Tad. Next week the FDA will decide whiskey is good for you and water is bad…

Tad’s thinking proves that the brain doesn’t benefit from whatever is ailing his liver.
