Looks like Delbert will be wearing his ice cream less cone.

OOPS- is that two scoops of chocolate to the Missus’ eyes? Delbert, I don’t know how romantic you are feeling, but you could lick them off.

Golly, I hate when that happens.

I can’t quite picture Delbert licking it ALL off Cassandra’s face…

He’s just not QUITE romantic enough.

But maybe after he scoops most of it back into the empty cone,

IF he was gentle and didn’t do TOO much damage to her eyes or cheeks…

She’ll let him lick off what’s left.

I won’t blame him if he doesn’t finish because it tastes like her Summer Magic rouge, and Persian Blue eyeshadow.

What ever gives you that idea?

So it’s easy to get there using the calendar here on the 2020 strip… just select 2010 and today’s date.

However, in November of 2010, “Ballard Street” started running only 6 days a week.

So the SATURDAY and SUNDAY “Cleo” comments will be combined every week on SUNDAY’S date.

For instance, the comments for today’s “Cleo” … which is, as usual, this week’s Saturday “Find the Differences” puzzle…

Common knowledge among the ancients – Always stay up wind of the ice cream cone. This has allowed humans to propagate thru the ages. But this has been lost in modern times. The end is near.

That’s what you get for ordering Lite ice cream.

Ya think? It looks like a horrible alien has attacked her.
