I was grateful for the caption. I had feared that Perry’s platform was more like a launching pad, with arrows showing potential directions of flight. With Perry no longer in frame, well, he might be anywhere.
Before the arrows his opinions were always very convoluted. The arrows are props to keep him on the right track while opining and his audience is ever so grateful.
