Sold as a baby! Ms. Astin’s adoptive parents apparently had lots of money available to acquire her from her birth mother. Whoever arranged this transaction may not want Frisk investigating their past transactions. That might be the reason for the “cloak and dagger” meetup that we saw yesterday.
