@Number Three Today’s strip IS funny because it is so near the truth , when our Hero Mr Andrew Capp asked Mr Biggs how he was going to restore trust Andy got him stumped for an answer :o) my avatar is a poster that says that the forces for good will help the terrorists to have a meeting with God so that He can judge them , which reminds me that today is the anniversary of the 11th September 2001 a date that will forever be remembered for it’s infamy , how was your day ? ours looks like it’s going to be busy but calm I hope , have fun and if you visit Malta you will like the weather . it’s been raining most of the time , Thanks for caring pal
Sunday I was sitting at home when some local politician came banging on the door and wanted to know what I liked about living in the town “The privacy” I said and slammed the door in her face.
Considering the complete bollocks the politicians of all political stripe in Great Britain, are making of the Brexit mess and everything else, this cartoon is funny and apt.
I won’t even get started about their American cousins, across the pond!
It occurs to me that an interesting arc would be for Andy to run for office—maybe town council. He would be FAR from the first drunken layabout to run for office—or even to win!

Is that a shot at Labour? The politician’s boutonniere is red.

Since apparently there isn’t going to be a general election until after October, they’re jumping the gun a bit with this strip.

I can’t remember the last time a political candidate actually knocked on my door canvasing for votes.

Someone once said that politicians and diapers should be changed frequently, and for the same reasons.

18 years ago, I was totally oblivious to what was happening on September 11. I was only 6 years old. Too young to understand.
I’m 25 this year and I now understand the world a lot more than I wish to.
I haven’t been out of the house since Saturday. But I do have to go out tomorrow as I’m volunteering.
