There are eight states that border Tennessee. If two friends from Tennessee step across any of those borders and share Netflix passwords, and then step back into Tennessee… has a law been violated?

The only other state bordered by eight states in Missouri. But if you made a list of the states that border Tennessee and Missouri, there would only be thirteen states on the list.
