I used to be able to drink coffee right up until about half an hour before I went to bed, and still didn’t have trouble sleeping
One more thing age has changed, now I shut it down at least three hours before bed

Does anyone else find that Toasted Almond Fudge ice cream makes it impossible to sleep?
