Of course, by the time he manages to explain everything, (or anything) she’ll be long gone.

Hm..thematic elements of Stevenson’s “A Tale of Two Cities”, referred to in Heinlein’s “Double Star”- NICE!

Really, Flask? That’s all you’re going to do to stop him, is say you’re disappointed? I mean, sure, it’s still putting him at risk of getting hanged like you originally wanted, but he also knows pretty much you’re whole scheme and totally intends to sell you out, so considering that huge risk, I fail to see how it helps you in the long run.

At this point, she pretty much deserves to be caught. :P

With the sudden change in panel orientation from yesterday you have to wonder did he manage to grab the spell notes or not?

And the real star has arrived… Fashionably late, of course.

Could this be considered an anti-capital punishment arc? Wrong person being (nearly) executed?

Has anyone noted the shawl Dr. Flack is wearing?

Knowing Kate’s penchant for excellent story lines with surprises, could it be that Dr. Flack will end up somehow hanging herself while fleeing?

I know she’s a horrible person, but Flack’s impressive swirly bun is cool. Complete with little hair flowers.
