Oh hey, we can ride Ostriches! Surely they won’t kick our brains out or anything.

Why did the jungle buffoon run out to the desert in the first place? Couldn’t he go to his legionnaires and go back to Sam and the thugs with their help?

What a gentleman. Covering the woman and standing guard.

His tunic would be splashed with lion blood. But go find the horse, follow the spoor, do that animal tracking thing…

Aren’t you supposed to travel at night through a hot desert?

Sadly, while Tarzan went off to find the horse, Lassa was pecked to death by the ostriches.

I see you shiver, Lassa. Here’s my coat. And my shirt. And my pants.

…and speaking of mounts.

Isn’t it amazing after hours of riding, her hair and make up are perfect! And Tarzan’s hair doesn’t have a hair out of place either.

Without the narration, it would be hard to tell if Tarzan was smiling or doing his looking grim thing.

Looks like they may have a couple kangaroos to ride in the third panel! What fun!

Chow down on the Lion meat, and the ostrich taste like chicken, you should be able to get them.

Relaxed and obeyed, what other directives will Tarzan give her through the long, moonlit night? Oui, oui and oooolala……. PS—Where’s Jane, remember Jane…..still shopping in Nairobi?

Why are they in the desert in the first place? The world’s greatest fighter, lion, great ape, or man lets a hand full of drunks run him out of town?

She looks like an adult type woman to me.
