When our sons were young they didn’t have a soccer team to play on since there was no coach for one. Neither my wife not I knew anything at all about the sport. However, the 16-year-old across the street did. So, as adults, officially my wife and I were the coaches but our neighbor did all the training and we helped set up, provide the snacks and all the support work.
