In the strip do we know yet it’s a working voo doo doll? I thought we just knew it was sketchy, but not for sure how or why, just hinted at. I assumed this thread was going to develop that theme more. I’m thinking about new readers who might have just had the plot spoiled. I had suspended that knowledge to enjoy where this is going.
Speaking of the ‘Cast’ tab, correct me if I’m wrong, but is Clover the only character without a portrait and a bio? I only see her in the genealogy chart.

Oh, no! What’s wrong with Clover. Good to know her “dolly” has the power to summon help. Who needs a baby monitor when you have a voodoo doll?

Wow, Offal is only nice when compelled by voodoo. At least he gets there somehow, sometime. . .

I finally figured it out but for a while I was wondering why she had a “Hitler doll”.
