Get used to it kid, you’ll be an adult a lot longer than you’re a kid!

Better to be more adult than more a dolt, Michael.

Michael’s mother and Calvin’s mother are both on the same case today. Keep it up, moms! It will take hold eventually!

If I couldn’t go out till my room was clean I would be an aged hermit. It still isn’t clean.

The thing with being an adult is you don’t have to listen to your mother anymore.

Even as a responsible adult, it is best to sometimes be childlike – not childish.

I remember when my Daughter was still at home, she came in complaining about her boyfriend one time. I told her “Guys don’t really grow up.” She looked at her Mom and said “You mean this is as good as it gets?” Her Mom said “I’m afraid so, sweetie.” My reply was “The only difference between men and boys is the price of their toys.”

Do Canadians say “tidy” more commonly than Americans? Seems I hear it a lot more on Canadian YouTube channels.

But he’s NOT an adult yet. True he’s too old to have a tantrum, but technically he’s still a kid. So you can’t expect him to act like and adult yet.

Count your lucky stars you didn’t have my mother….to deal with. I was fine. My sister and brother not so much.

Do not mock growing up, Michael. There are some children, such as Adam Walsh and Megan Kanka, who never got the chance to become adults.

A very typical teen. We raised 3 girls and 1 boy. Boys are easy. Girls OTOH, are the devil. They will lie to you, even when they know that you know that they are lying. Girls live in their very own world starting when they are 12 and rejoining the rest of us when they are 18.

Boy, I hope my great nephew gets over his tantrums. On Fathers day he couldn’t get his way so he screamed and kicked & hollered! All the while my sister-in-law, neice & brother-in-law just ignored him. Ruined the day for my hubby! After he calmed down he went right back to wanting what he couldn’t have & he started up again. We went home with no leftovers! Had to get out of there!

Adult. That’s dull with an “a” and a “t” on it.

Teenager. That’s “nag” with a “tee” and an “er” on it.

Michael. That’s “ich” with a “m” and “ael” on it.

Oy. This was a terrible punchline today.
