My favorite hypothetical subatomic particle is the Wino. Whoever named it had a sense of humor. I know, I know, it’s pronounced “weeno”, but I still chuckle when I imagine what it would like.

Given that the particle beam circulate inside a long vacuum tube, I find it hard that he was actually hit by the particle beam.
