So do I. . About 2/3 of the authors I once enjoyed decades ago are not in the library and not in print. But they are fondly remembered.

David Weber’s Safehold series is one. The books are about 600 pages long and you really do get swallowed up in them.

I guess she’s alluding that it’s been a while since she read a good book. Most books are dreck, only a few a really worth the time.
