Captain A. G. Lamplugh, a British pilot from the early days of aviation once famously said “Aviation in itself is not inherently dangerous. But to an even greater degree than the sea, it is terribly unforgiving of any carelessness, incapacity or neglect.”
News Flash …. The first prototype flying wheel, crashed in 1st test flight. Thor said he hopes that the flying wheel, when successfully completed, will revolutionize personal transport cave land wide. He also said “I need a Doctor!!”
I once strapped two container lids to my arms, rigged up a pulley system to a tree, put bricks in a bucket on the other end, and flapped. Later used them to catch wind to gain speed while running instead.
