LMAO. Reminds me of the time my daughter went for her “first” driving test. She cheerily said good morning to the instructor who replied “Shut up and get in the car.” I just knew she wasn’t going to pass.
For me, this is from days of old. I honestly can say that our local DMV has become the most efficient and friendly government office I have ever been in. I feel sorry for those who think this cartoon is representative of every DMV.
