Hartlepool United (note the initials HUFC on the stadium walls) is the team in the Town Andy lives in. They’ve been perpetual strugglers in the EFL and were relegated to the National League, the top league for non-football league sides, a few years ago. Judging from Andy’s comments, their luck hadn’t changed.

I get the Premier and Champions Leagues matches on my cable network. I can almost guarantee that in my lifetime, I will never see Hartlepool United play !

Finally managed to get out yesterday, get to work, and get some groceries. No such luck today, unfortunately. To say I hate snow is an understatement. I am so sick of that ^#@$*& white glop!! (I don’t think it’s a coincidence that snow is the same color as bird poop.)
