looks like a well constructed game but not my sort of story line. I’d rather take out monsters and zombies who should already be dead. Still, a saddle on a tortoise and pretending he’s a stallion, kinda funny in its own special way.
Way back when, some “friends” put me into the Cyberdeamon scene in DOOM, unbeknownst to me, at the nightmare level. They thought they were being funny, while I could not understand why all the baddies were coming back to life. I killed the Cyberdeamon anyway, resulting in many open mouths. I figured to quit while I was ahead and never played the game again.
The encephelotech left behind to educate their GMO people is malfunctioning again. Especially since it wasn’t meant for animals. And the animals weren’t supposed to have a specially designed intelligence enhancement organism, Toxoplasmosis gondii let loose either by some Green Anarchists before the end of the American Empire due to AGW’s worst effects. This is their legacy:the plants, the animals, the people were constructed to survive the worst of Hot House Earth to survive and the technology was to aid them in building back civilization faster than would otherwise. (I am such an optimist here.)
