I saw my first sign of Spring today… A hundred ducks out in a field, freezing their tail feathers off because they flew north too soon.

The arrival of golden plovers and arctic terns are the harbinger of spring in Iceland. Neither arrives until late april or early may.

Works for me! ♪♪Sign, sign, give me a sign♪♪ It’s 6 degrees and lots of snow on the ground here this morning – what is this Spring you talk of?? The only sign I have seen is birds fighting over my patio birdhouses. They are ready to get down to business.
